Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, making payment towards, and/or participating in the Arafta Fan Experience, including both the "Arafta Experience" and the "Fan Experience" (collectively referred to as the "Experience(s)"), you (i.e. the person accessing or participating in the experience(s) hereinafter referred to as "you" or "participant") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to revise, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version here. Your continued registration, participation, payment, or engagement with the Experience(s) following the posting of any changes shall constitute your deemed acceptance of such revised Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have reviewed them.

The Arafta Fan Experience, including both the Arafta Experience and the Fan Experience (collectively, the "Experience(s)"), is organised, managed, and conducted by GoQuest Media Ventures Private Limited and its subsidiary Tentpole Distribution Limited, acting jointly and severally (hereinafter collectively referred to as "GQM", "Organiser", "Producer", or "we", as the context may require).

Eligibility

The participation in the Experience(s) is open to individuals who are:

• At least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher
• Legally capable of entering into binding contracts

The Producer reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any Participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who violates these Terms.

Contest Description

The Arafta Fan Experience is a limited, paid fan-participation initiative associated with the audio-visual programme titled "Arafta" (the "Program"), offered strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Experience(s) are offered in two distinct formats, as described below. Participation in either Experience is subject to availability, eligibility, and the Producer's sole discretion.

The Arafta Experience

The Arafta Experience is a premium, limited-availability fan participation experience pursuant to which a selected participant, subject to verified receipt of full payment of USD 10,000, may be featured in connection with a segment of an episode of the Program, strictly at the sole creative and editorial discretion of the Producer and the production team.

As part of the Arafta Experience, the participant may be required to record and submit a video message or performance (the "Featuring Video") for potential inclusion in an episode of the Program or related content, subject always to the Producer's editorial determination.

Participation in the Arafta Experience is strictly subject to the Producer's receipt and verification of full payment of United States Dollars Ten Thousand (USD 10,000), free and clear of any deductions, chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes. No participation rights, consideration, or eligibility shall arise unless and until such payment has been successfully received, cleared, and verified by the Organiser to its satisfaction.

Content Requirements

• The content (including script), format, duration, resolution, technical specifications, language, background, setting, attire, performance parameters, recording method, and manner of submission of the Featuring Video shall be exclusively specified and determined by the Producer and/or the production team
• The participant shall strictly comply with all such specifications and instructions
• Instructions will be communicated to the Participant via email after verified receipt of full payment

Submission Deadline

Producer's Rights

The Producer shall have the sole and absolute right to determine:

• The placement of the Featuring Video, including whether it is incorporated within an episode, included as part of a segment, appended before or after an episode, or exhibited as ancillary or bonus content
• The duration, prominence, sequencing, editing, modification, or removal of the Featuring Video

The participant acknowledges and agrees that the inclusion of any Featuring Video shall be subject to the final creative approval of the Producer and the production team, as well as technical compatibility, quality standards, and compliance with production requirements. In the event the Producer determines, in its sole discretion, that a Featuring Video cannot be approved for inclusion, such determination shall be final and binding.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Producer may, at its discretion and without any obligation, offer the participant an opportunity to resubmit a revised Featuring Video in accordance with revised specifications or instructions. Any such resubmission shall be reviewed solely for compliance with the Producer's creative, editorial, and technical requirements, and the Producer's decision to approve or reject such resubmission shall be final and binding.

The Fan Experience

The Fan Experience is a limited fan recognition initiative pursuant to which a selected participant, subject to the Producer's receipt and verification of full payment of United States Dollars One Thousand (USD 1,000), may submit a short audio-visual message or clip (the "Fan Video") expressing appreciation for Arafta.

The Producer may, at its discretion, publish selected Fan Video(s) on the social media platforms associated with the Program, including the official YouTube channel.

Important Clarifications

The Fan Experience:

• Does not involve participation in, or appearance within, any episode of the Program
• Does not form part of the storyline, canon, or continuity of the Program
• Is intended solely as a community engagement and fan-recognition activity

Content Requirements

As part of the Fan Experience, the Participant shall record and submit the Fan Video in accordance with the specifications and instructions provided by the Producer. The content, format, duration, resolution, technical specifications, and manner of submission shall be exclusively determined by the Producer.

Publication of the Fan Video shall be subject to the final creative and editorial approval of the Organiser, technical compatibility, quality standards, and compliance with applicable production and platform requirements.

Submission Deadline

If the Organiser determines, in its sole discretion, that the Fan Video cannot be approved for publication, such determination shall be final and binding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Organiser may, at its discretion and without any obligation, offer the participant an opportunity to resubmit a revised Fan Video in accordance with revised specifications or instructions, and any decision to approve or reject such resubmission shall be final and binding.

No participation rights, consideration, or eligibility under the Fan Experience shall arise unless and until the Organiser has successfully received, cleared, and verified the full participation fee of USD 1,000, free and clear of any deductions, chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes.

Payment Terms

The participation fee for each tier is as follows:

Full payment must be received and verified by the Producer before participation can commence. No partial payments will be accepted.

The participant will be required to make online payments through his/her credit card or debit card or net banking account or via any other mode made available for making payments through mediums as authorized by the Producer in participant's territory. The facility for online payments through credit cards or debit cards or net banking account or cash card or any other mode is available for selected credit cards, debit cards, net banking accounts and cash cards authorized by the Producer.

Non-Refundable Policy

Intellectual Property Rights

By submitting any video content (whether Featuring Video or Fan Video), the Participant irrevocably assigns, transfers, and conveys to the Producer all right, title, and interest in and to such content, including without limitation all intellectual property rights, copyrights, moral rights, and any other proprietary rights, in perpetuity and throughout the world.

The Producer may use the video content (whether Featuring Video or Fan Video) in any manner it deems fit. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Participant hereby waives any and all moral rights in and to any video content submitted, including the right to privacy.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Participant grants to the Producer a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit the submitted content in any and all media, formats, and platforms, whether now known or hereafter developed, without any further consent, notice, or compensation.

The Participant acknowledges that no additional compensation, royalties, residuals, or payments of any kind shall be due or payable to the Participant.

Publicity Rights

The Participant grants the Producer the unrestricted right to use their name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, and any statements made in connection with the Experience for advertising, publicity, promotional, and commercial purposes, in any and all media, without additional compensation or notice.

Representations and Warranties

The Participant represents and warrants that:

• He/she is of legal age and has the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• All information provided is true, accurate, and complete
• Any video content submitted does not infringe upon any third-party rights, and does not contain any defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable material
• He/she consents to the collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal data by the Producer for purposes related to the Experience, including but not limited to communication, verification, content production, and marketing
• He/she will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms

General Conditions

The Producer reserves the right to terminate a Participant's involvement or disqualify any Participant at any time, without notice and without refund, if:

• The Participant breaches these Terms
• The Participant engages in conduct that is harmful to the reputation of the Producer or the Program
• The Participant provides false or misleading information
• For any other reason at the Producer's sole discretion

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute arising from this Contest.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for warranties and conditions implied by law, which cannot be excluded, the Producer makes no representations or warranties, express or implied regarding the Experience(s).

Indemnity

The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Producer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• The Participant's breach of these Terms
• The Participant's violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any content submitted by the Participant
